What you will do
- Build and maintain the analytics infrastructure for customer health scoring models to identify churn and expansion risks.
- Develop renewal pipeline reporting to provide visibility into retention outcomes and support early intervention.
- Analyze billing, support, and product adoption data to surface actionable signals for the Customer Success organization.
- Design and own the CS analytics dashboard ecosystem, from individual book-of-business views to executive-level reporting.
- Translate business requirements from CS and CS Ops stakeholders into structured, scalable reporting layers.
- Leverage AI tools to generate SQL, document schemas, and accelerate the development of analytics outputs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Experience with Salesforce or CS platforms such as Gainsight, Vitally, or ChurnZero.
- Proven ability to translate complex business questions into scoped, technical analytics projects.
- Genuine fluency in AI tooling for data workflows, including LLM-assisted development and validation.
- Analytical rigor with experience managing messy, multi-source datasets.
