What you will do

• Analyze memory architectures and evaluate design tradeoffs.
• Design and build memory or circuit blocks at the gate or transistor level.
• Perform post-layout simulations, verification, and physical macro integration.
• Develop automation scripts for characterization, simulation, and verification flows.
• Specify silicon test plans and debug silicon issues.
• Document design specifications, behavioral descriptions, and timing diagrams.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering required.
• 8+ years of related experience required.
• Strong knowledge in memory compilers or custom digital circuits (SRAM, Register-files, ROM).
• Deep understanding of transistor-level circuit behavior and device physics.
• Proficiency in running simulators and writing automation scripts.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Familiarity with test setups, silicon testing, and debug.
