What you will do

• Plan and coordinate flight test campaigns, aligning schedules with engineering readiness and range availability.
• Manage the logistics chain, including range bookings, airspace clearances (NOTAMs), and regulatory approvals.
• Act as the central coordination point between flight test engineers, ground crews, and safety officers.
• Track and escalate schedule risks and blockers to program leadership to ensure timely decision-making.
• Coordinate the transport of equipment, personnel, and ground support across European test sites.
• Maintain processes, checklists, and relationships with external test ranges and aviation authorities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Munich or able to work from the operational hub.
• Professional English proficiency required.
• Experience coordinating technical field operations, test campaigns, or logistics-heavy activities in aerospace, defence, or motorsport.
• Working knowledge of European airspace regulations, NOTAM processes, and UAS test permitting.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe for extended stretches at test sites.
• Execution-focused mindset with the ability to solve logistics problems on-site under pressure.

Nice to have

• Direct experience on UAS or manned aircraft flight campaigns.
• Existing relationships with German test ranges or civil aviation authorities like LBA.
• Background in safety, range operations, or test QA.
• Experience scaling test operations as program cadence increases.
