What you will do

• Lead the CRT team in resolving HMI field issue escalations.
• Develop and enhance the technical competence of the China CRT team.
• Collaborate closely with HMI field CS and Taiwan D&E teams.
• Partner with the Beijing D&E team to drive structural issue solving.
• Manage daily operations and provide leadership for a team of approximately 10 FTEs.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in an engineering-related field (Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical).
• 5–10 years of experience in HMI CS, GSC, or D&E fields.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a technical environment.
• Deep understanding of e-Beam inspection and metrology systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
