TL;DR

Sales & Marketing Specialist (AI Automation): Driving growth through high-ROI acquisition campaigns and closing high-ticket deals for an AI automation agency with an accent on strategic partnerships and integrated marketing systems. Focus on building high-converting funnels, scaling organic and paid acquisition, and optimizing the entire user journey from lead to revenue.

Location: 100% Remote (Global). Work from anywhere.

Compensation: Revenue share (20% of total revenue distributed among contractors) + Commissions in USD/GBP.

What you will do

  • Execute high-ROI campaigns using paid ads, SEO, email, and content marketing.
  • Close high-ticket deals ($10K–$100K+) by positioning the company as a strategic partner.
  • Build and optimize conversion funnels to minimize cost per acquisition.
  • Conduct discovery calls to diagnose business bottlenecks involving CTR, CRO, UX, and retention.
  • Manage cold outreach on LinkedIn and social media to generate a warm lead pipeline.
  • Create irresistible offers combining AI automation and UX/CRO transformations.

Requirements

  • English: C1–C2 level minimum.
  • Proven experience in consultative selling and closing high-ticket deals.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, and Klaviyo.
  • Data-driven mindset for relentless testing and optimization of campaigns.
  • Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection and professional equipment.
  • Ability to work as an independent contractor without micromanagement.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI ad tools and automation sequences.
  • Growth hacking experience.
