What you will do

• Lead technical architecture and system design for core products within the domain.
• Guide a multidisciplinary squad of frontend, backend, and data engineers through the full development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure development aligns with long-term system health and engineering standards.
• Conduct design and code reviews while driving performance optimization efforts.
• Oversee system reliability, monitoring, and incident response.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• 4+ years of leadership experience guiding engineering teams.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on scalable architecture.
• Strong backend expertise, preferably in Kotlin or Java.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience with frontend and mobile technologies.
• Solid understanding of AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Expertise in the Spring Framework.
• Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with message queue technologies like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with AI development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.
