Location: Must be based in Markham, Ontario (Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite).
Salary: $111,700–$167,600

What you will do
- Lead the design and development of internal full-stack tools and frameworks to enhance CI/CD pipelines.
- Build and maintain applications that support developers and QA teams in validating software quality.
- Integrate tools with version control systems, build pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed performance monitoring and IT compliance into delivery lifecycles.
- Create visualization platforms to simplify complex system interactions and improve workflow visibility.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in Canada is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, software development, QA, or tools development.
- Proficiency in Python or C++ and experience with frontend (React, TypeScript) or backend (Node.js, GraphQL) technologies.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL, Postgres, MongoDB) and data flow architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Background in automotive software development or embedded systems.
- Familiarity with test frameworks like Robot, PyTest, Selenium, or CppUTest.
- Exposure to BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or Behave.
- Experience with HIL tools like CarSim or dSPACE.
