Salary: €60,000 – €93,000 (OTE) per year.

What you will do

• Implement and manage cloud-native systems on AWS using infrastructure-as-code.
• Operate and enhance Kubernetes clusters, deployment pipelines, and service meshes.
• Define and maintain SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets to ensure platform performance.
• Act as an Incident Commander during on-call rotations and lead post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to embed observability and fault tolerance into service design.
• Contribute to security compliance automation and cost optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or Platform Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with public cloud services (AWS) and SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with chaos engineering or resilience testing.
• Knowledge of compliance standards like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP.
• Experience with Datadog or similar monitoring solutions.
