What you will do

• Analyze complex cost centers and business unit financial information to prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Produce variance reports, comparing actual results to budget and forecasts for monthly board reporting.
• Evaluate capital projects and new business opportunities using corporate standards to develop recommendations.
• Utilize Activity Based Cost models to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor business performance in relation to balanced scorecard measures.
• Apply continuous improvement and lean systems methodology to reduce operational costs.

Requirements

• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with effective time management.
• Solid understanding of accounting operations.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of SAP.
