What you will do
- Deliver technical support for the full Desktop and Server stack to employees and customers.
- Investigate and resolve complex issues related to Canonical's product portfolio.
- Own and manage support cases to ensure SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain the technical infrastructure and AV support for the London office.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base by creating and maintaining technical articles.
- Collaborate with customers via phone, ticketing systems, and remote sessions.
Requirements
- Must be based in London, UK (Office Based).
- Experience with Linux troubleshooting, including log analysis and configuration tuning.
- Hands-on experience with KVM, OpenStack, Docker, LXD/LXC, or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of networking (bonding, firewalling, bridging, switching).
- Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or equivalent professional experience.
- Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).

- Programming fundamentals in any language.
