What you will do
- Provide technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting for B2B clients using the platform.
- Perform technical analysis of reported issues and define resolution plans.
- Collaborate with engineers to handle escalations and provide technical action plans.
- Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal resources to answer technical questions.
- Communicate with customers via chat, email, and outbound calls.
Requirements
- Fluent English and either Spanish or Portuguese (upper-intermediate/B2 minimum).
- 1+ year of experience in technical support for SaaS, web, or mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of web fundamentals: HTTP requests, status codes, REST APIs, and JSON.
- Ability to read and write basic SQL queries for data investigation.
- Knowledge of web/mobile SDK integration flows from client to backend.
- Customer-first attitude and strong analytical mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with Postman for API troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, or Datadog.
- Understanding of KYC/AML, identity verification, or fintech domains.
