What you will do

• Partner with account executives as the commercial lead on complex enterprise deals.
• Participate in client-facing negotiations to provide commercial credibility.
• Translate commercial frameworks into custom deal structures tailored to unique customer constraints.
• Identify and flag contractual or economic risks before they impact implementation.
• Author precise deal documentation and contract language.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of deal structuring and mutually beneficial economics.
• Ability to quickly comprehend complex contracts and author precise commercial language.
• Strong financial modeling skills to analyze upside, downside, and compute economics.
• Must be based in or able to work from Madrid.

Nice to have

• Experience owning commercial contracts and transactions.
• Background in sales operations or business development at a growth-stage company.
