What you will do

• Collaborate with VP of Events and Provider Solutions teams to define event strategy, objectives, and success metrics
• Manage end-to-end logistics for trade shows and events including sponsor relations, booth setup, staffing, travel, shipping, and on-site execution
• Monitor event budgets, report performance based on marketing/sales KPIs, and evaluate overall success
• Assist with marketing execution like collateral, campaigns, and pre/post-show communications
• Travel to event sites (~30%) and present to internal/external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Project Management, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in B2B trade show and events management
• Excellent project management, communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly for setup and moving display materials
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice to have

• Knowledge of healthcare industry and events
• Experience with Asana, Salesforce, Cvent, or iCapture
