What you will do
- Solve technical challenges and provide guidance to high-profile clients including advertisers and financial institutions.
- Manage a ticket queue to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and configure workflows to streamline client setups and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Technical Services team to deliver seamless support.
- Analyze KPIs and case data to identify opportunities for improving customer outcomes.
- Thrive in a newly established, metrics-driven team environment.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in adtech, marketing services, or software technology in a support or delivery role.
- Proven track record of resolving customer issues quickly with sustainable solutions.
- Ability to prioritize work independently and succeed in ambiguous situations.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with both external customers and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Must be available for a standard 9am-5pm window with potential for on-call or weekend coverage.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SQL querying, including the ability to execute and adjust existing queries.
