Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide timely technical guidance and solutions to trading clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Troubleshoot issues related to order generation, allocation transmission, and model management.
• Monitor internal alerts and proactively notify clients of potential issues and resolution steps.
• Analyze, research, and resolve customer support cases while maintaining detailed documentation.
• Refine production support procedures to improve team efficiency and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and special projects.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the Wakefield, MA office at least 3 days per week.
• Understanding of the Financial Services, Wealth Management, and Investment industries.
• Excellent customer service mentality and strong communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
• BA or BS degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience with investment systems such as Portfolio Management or Middle/Back Office Operations.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol.
• SQL experience or exposure.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Dynatrace, BigPanda, JIRA, or Confluence.
• Project management skills.
