What you will do
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat to identify and resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot product-related questions and provide training to clients.
- Document all issues and resolutions within Salesforce.
- Develop deep technical knowledge of Meevo products, integrations, and business scenarios.
- Use active listening to advocate for customer needs and ensure client success.
Requirements
- Must reside in the United States.
- 0-5 years of experience in a customer service-related role.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet service provider.
- Tech-savvy with logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the Beauty Industry.
- Experience with Salesforce.
