What you will do

  • Continuously monitor payment performance and automate processes to become proactive and forward-looking.
  • Conduct forensic research and analysis on billing and collections to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare value-add presentations for clients providing insights and performance recommendations.
  • Analyze business intelligence to identify emerging trends and changes in payment industry practices.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to prioritize collection strategies and roadmaps.
  • Own complex problem solving and drive outcomes through cross-functional influence.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in collections performance, operations, or business analysis within the payments industry.
  • Must be based in Brazil.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
  • Strong technical leadership experience and proficiency in quantitative/qualitative analysis.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Deep knowledge of card scheme fees, bank processing costs, and emerging payment technology.
