What you will do

• Design social-first creative for TikTok, Instagram, X, Threads, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create memes, reactive assets, and culturally relevant social content.
• Develop static posts, carousels, stories, and social templates.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, copywriters, and strategists to develop visual concepts.
• Stay current on internet culture, creator trends, and emerging platform formats.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design within a creative or social agency.
• Portfolio demonstrating social-first campaigns and meme-driven creative.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong skills in typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with After Effects and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with TikTok-native editing styles.
• Experience with influencer marketing or creator-led campaigns.
