What you will do

• Develop, resize, and adapt creative assets for social media, digital ads, presentations, and print materials.
• Execute designs based on established creative direction and strict brand guidelines.
• Prepare technically accurate, production-ready files for both print and digital output.
• Manage version control and organized asset libraries across simultaneous client projects.
• Implement rapid revisions based on feedback from creative and project stakeholders.
• Support light motion design and animation tasks in collaboration with specialists.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Production Designer in an execution-focused role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating production excellence and brand consistency.
• Experience working in fast-paced agency, studio, or client-service environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma.
• Skills in motion graphics or animation.
• Knowledge of social-first design or experiential marketing.
• Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients or agencies.
