What you will do

• Lead integrated, multi-channel marketing programs to drive leads, enrollments, and sales for Life and Retirement products.
• Serve as the marketing subject matter expert to align business objectives with customer needs and execution.
• Develop sales enablement toolkits, playbooks, and local market activation plans for agents and call center teams.
• Manage marketing and sales partnerships from identification and onboarding to performance evaluation.
• Translate educator research and feedback into compelling messaging and improved digital customer journeys.
• Collaborate with analytics teams on audience targeting, testing strategies, and ROI measurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of Life Insurance and Retirement products.
• Experience with CRM platforms and campaign analytics tools.
• Must be located in or able to work in Springfield, IL.

Nice to have

• Master's degree (MBA, M.Ed., or related).
• FINRA Series 24, 26, 65, or 66 licenses.
• 5+ years of experience specifically within education, insurance, or retirement industries.
