Location: Remote (Latin America, USA, and Europe)

What you will do
- Own and execute on-call shifts, managing incident declaration, role assignment, and resolution.
- Lead postmortems for Sev1 and Sev2 events to identify root causes and ensure action items are completed.
- Build and extend internal automation, including AI-assisted incident response workflows, to reduce manual toil.
- Improve the observability ecosystem via dashboards, alert configurations, and early-warning signals.
- Collaborate with engineering squads to surface platform risks and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain and update incident tooling, runbooks, and severity criteria.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating confidently in high-pressure incident scenarios with senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including deploying and debugging pod-level issues.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
- Ability to read, write, and debug code, preferably in Python or Java.
- Must be located in Latin America, USA, or Europe (based on provided insurance coverage)

- Experience building or working with AI agents or LLM-based workflows.
- Background in the Fintech or Crypto industries.
