What you will do

• Configure and maintain system dashboards and automated alerts.
• Script repetitive operational tasks to improve team efficiency.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and log user pain points to drive product improvements.
• Develop lightweight agents (e.g., Telegram bots) for health checks and log retrieval.
• Optimize incident management workflows and documentation.

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate.
• Strong foundation in Linux and scripting (Shell or Python).
• Basic proficiency in SQL.
• Ability to write actionable runbooks.
• Must be available to work in the APAC timezone.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Terraform.
• Project experience with MLOps or building LLM agents (LangChain).
• Familiarity with TSM tools.
