What you will do

• Organize and manage production of videos, UGC, banners, landing pages, and playables using internal teams and external freelancers.
• Create and maintain marketing network guidelines and geo-specific regulatory requirements in collaboration with traffic managers.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify creative trends and benchmarks.
• Analyze marketing performance statistics to improve creative effectiveness.
• Participate in the development of global and regional brand marketing strategies.
• Plan production timelines and ensure deadlines are met to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of paid traffic or performance marketing workflows.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills for managing multiple stakeholders and parallel tasks.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data.
• Knowledge of digital marketing content formats and performance drivers.
• Must be based in Kazakhstan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Montenegro, Poland, Serbia, or Spain.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of trading instruments such as Binary Options, Forex, CFD, and Crypto.
