TL;DR
Senior Workday Integration Consultant (Workday Global Payroll Cloud): Rolling out and supporting Workday Global Payroll Cloud integrations across multiple countries with an accent on configuration, deployment, validation, and alignment of global standards with local payroll requirements. Focus on designing reliable data integrations, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and coordinating complex implementations with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Location: Hybrid in Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent, Hasselt, or Mechelen, Belgium

What you will do
- Support the rollout and adoption of Workday Global Payroll Cloud solutions, including DCoD and APD, across multiple countries.
- Configure, deploy, and validate integrations to maintain data accuracy and system performance.
- Align global integration standards with local country requirements during customer onboarding.
- Advise product teams, country stakeholders, and customers as a subject matter expert on integration best practices.
- Monitor integration performance, identify issues, and resolve them in a timely manner.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience implementing Workday HR and/or third-party integrations.
- Strong experience with integration technologies and data formats including XML, JSON, SFTP, or XSLT.
- Experience planning and executing integration test cycles.
- Experience working in international or multi-country environments.
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented approach, with effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Professional knowledge of English.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday Global Payroll Cloud, DCoD, or APD.
- Knowledge of integration governance and large-scale deployments.
- Experience in customer-facing implementation or consulting roles.
