What you will do

  • Support the rollout of Workday Global Payroll Cloud (GPC) solutions, including DCoD and APD, across international markets.
  • Configure, deploy, and validate integrations to ensure high data accuracy and system performance.
  • Align global standards with specific local country requirements during customer onboarding.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on integration best practices.
  • Monitor integration performance, identify technical issues, and resolve them in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Workday HR or third-party integrations.
  • Strong proficiency with integration data formats including XML, JSON, SFTP, and XSLT.
  • Proven experience with test cycles, including planning and execution.
  • Demonstrated experience working in international or multi-country environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday Global Payroll Cloud (GPC), DCoD, or APD.
  • Knowledge of integration governance and large-scale deployments.
  • Experience in customer-facing implementation or consulting roles.
