What you will do

• Manage and deliver complex projects and activities related to Experimental Flight Test on time.
• Lead cross-functional teams to establish and maintain project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with technical experts, business leaders, and suppliers to ensure full compliance with project goals.
• Identify risks and lead the planning and execution of mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate internal safety and security processes to assess and correct product deficiencies.
• Prepare budget requirements, resource allocation plans, and visibility reports for organizational leadership.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or relevant diploma with 5-8 years of experience in project management or the Aerospace industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Project Management processes and principles.
• Proven experience in development and certification of Flight Tests.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project.
• Must be based in Wichita, KS, USA.
