What you will do
- Provide high-quality technical support to end users for productivity tools and operating systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Partner with Engineering to develop and optimize IT automation workflows to reduce manual toil.
- Manage ticket queues, triage issues, and maintain clear communication under pressure.
- Participate in shift rotations as part of a 24/7/365 support operation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support role.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack.
- Working knowledge of Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
- Experience with ticketing systems like Jira, ServiceNow, or Freshdesk.
- Understanding of TCP/IP and common network protocols.
- Ability to work the late shift (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM Pacific Time).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, specifically JAMF.
