TL;DR

Enterprise Support Technician I (IT Support): Provide best-in-class customer service and technical support for employees, including onboarding, laptop deployments, ticket handling, and maintaining hardware/software inventory with an accent on endpoint device support (macOS/iOS/Chrome OS/Windows) and SaaS tools (G Suite, Slack, Zoom, Jamf). Focus on troubleshooting, escalation, documentation, and participating in deployment and security projects while leveraging AI tools to optimize daily workflows.

Location: New York, New York, USA

Salary: $64,000 — $80,000 USD/year

What you will do

  • Provide technical support and customer service for employee endpoint devices and workplace technology
  • Deploy laptops for onboarding and refresh cycles
  • Handle ticketing, account management, and problem escalation
  • Maintain hardware and software inventory and support unified communications in office spaces
  • Create and maintain internal and user-facing documentation
  • Collaborate with global counterparts and participate in deployment, security, and on-call rotation projects

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an IT Support role, preferably supporting a corporate environment
  • Experience supporting Apple devices such as Macbooks and iPads
  • Familiarity with G Suite and other common SaaS applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
