What you will do

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by enterprise customers from triage to resolution.
  • Analyze logs and system behavior to identify root causes before escalating to Engineering.
  • Actively use AI tools to speed up analysis, understand product components, and document findings.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams throughout the support lifecycle.
  • Build institutional knowledge by documenting recurring patterns and contributing to internal playbooks.
  • Share actionable customer feedback and product insights with the Product team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, support engineering, QA, or solutions engineering.
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and ability to investigate complex technical issues independently.
  • Solid understanding of web applications, APIs, integrations, and system logs.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong ownership and follow-through.
