What you will do

• Define and drive high-impact multi-year experience strategy across a complex multi-product portfolio.
• Steward platform-level systems thinking across cross-cutting workflows (onboarding, notifications, permissions) for a cohesive experience.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to align experience strategy with technical architecture and an “anti-hub” product-led approach.
• Institutionalize design quality by creating mechanisms to assess, measure, and scale craftsmanship across complex B2B, multi-user environments.
• Lead organizational alignment across initiative and product boundaries and champion the strategic user voice.
• Transform operating models for an AI-enabled environment by embedding experimentation, automation, and learning into delivery workflows.

Requirements

• Evidence applying AI to transform design craft and to design user-centered AI experiences across surfaces and interaction models.
• Service design mindset combining vertical-specific requirements with platform-level solutions for multiple user types.
• Demonstrated experience establishing experimentation, learning, and validation systems, using AI to accelerate insight generation and iteration.
• Experience designing extensible platforms and ecosystems that enable internal and external teams to build safely on shared foundations.
• Deep enterprise B2B experience designing for highly technical end users across a multi-stack technology platform.
• Proven leadership of leaders, building and scaling design efforts across complex ecosystems and multiple products/teams.

Location: Canada (excluding Quebec) or the US. If local to Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto, in-office presence is required at least twice per week on Anchor Days.

Salary: $199,300–$249,200–$299,100 CAD (expected range; variable pay eligible based on company performance).
