Ferrocom Global Consultancy, a leader in visa support, is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager.
Salary: 4,000-6,000 AED +% bonus.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Daily communication with clients, providing consultations and prompt solutions.
• Reviewing and compiling documents required for visa applications.
• Organizing and updating client files, maintaining records.
• Resolving emerging issues and providing timely advice on visa matters.

🔖Requirements:
• English fluently - prerequisite.
• Work experience from 1 year.
• Proficiency in Russian is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service or public relations (preferably in the visa or tourism sector).
• Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and initiative.

🤝Terms and Conditions:
• Employment under UAE labor law (Emirates ID after probation + health insurance)
• Comfortable office in Dubai, JLT, Fortune Executive Tower.
• Work schedule: 5/2, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
