What you will do

• Resolve customer issues independently or escalate them to relevant teams for timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in banking or customer service roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of global financial markets and trends.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.
