What you will do

• Lead and orchestrate complex, multi-faceted programs and large-scale projects from inception to deployment.
• Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, ensuring strict financial control and optimal resource allocation.
• Conduct deep systems analysis and author comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and technical specifications.
• Drive the execution of innovative Generative AI projects and advanced AWS cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Manage high-level stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment between technical teams and senior management.
• Oversee system integration processes while collaborating with security and compliance teams to maintain regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects within enterprise or defense environments.
• Proven experience in budget management, financial tracking, and resource allocation.
• Strong background in systems analysis and writing detailed business/technical characterization documents.
• Proven experience leading and delivering Generative AI projects, LLM integrations, or cognitive search solutions.
• Deep knowledge of AWS cloud technologies and architectural patterns.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies and enterprise management tools like Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification.
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum Master certifications.
