What you will do
- Identify and source potential candidates using job boards, databases, and sourcing tools to build and maintain a steady talent pipeline
- Generate pipelines and improve sourcing effectiveness using Boolean and keyword search across sourcing platforms
- Share researched talent insights and pipeline updates with recruiters to support sourcing strategy and pipeline planning
- Conduct structured initial outreach and maintain communication with prospects during early hiring stages
- Update sourcing systems and track candidate interactions to ensure pipeline visibility and data accuracy
- Monitor response rates and sourcing activity metrics; perform market and talent research on availability and competitor landscape
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment support across multiple platforms
- Knowledge of Boolean search and structured search methods for targeting relevant candidates
- Basic experience with research and analysis of talent markets to support sourcing strategies
- Comfortable professional communication in English (intermediate level or higher)
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple sourcing activities and priorities
- Clear and collaborative communication skills for working with candidates and recruitment teams
