What you will do

• Identify and source potential candidates using job boards, databases, and sourcing tools to build and maintain a steady talent pipeline
• Generate pipelines and improve sourcing effectiveness using Boolean and keyword search across sourcing platforms
• Share researched talent insights and pipeline updates with recruiters to support sourcing strategy and pipeline planning
• Conduct structured initial outreach and maintain communication with prospects during early hiring stages
• Update sourcing systems and track candidate interactions to ensure pipeline visibility and data accuracy
• Monitor response rates and sourcing activity metrics; perform market and talent research on availability and competitor landscape

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment support across multiple platforms
• Knowledge of Boolean search and structured search methods for targeting relevant candidates
• Basic experience with research and analysis of talent markets to support sourcing strategies
• Comfortable professional communication in English (intermediate level or higher)
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple sourcing activities and priorities
• Clear and collaborative communication skills for working with candidates and recruitment teams
