What you will do

• Architect redundant and fault-tolerant control systems for autonomous vehicle platforms.
• Develop safety-critical software for steering, braking, and vehicle control mechanisms.
• Implement monitoring and fault-management systems compliant with ISO 26262 standards.
• Design high-integrity communication architectures using CAN and Ethernet protocols.
• Create embedded software frameworks that ensure safe operation and graceful degradation.
• Lead integration strategies across software, hardware, HIL, and vehicle testing environments.

Requirements

• Must be a Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen.
• 10+ years of experience in embedded software systems development.
• Strong architecture experience in automotive or safety-critical domains.
• Solid understanding of ISO 26262 and ASIL decomposition principles.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and familiarity with AUTOSAR (Classic/Adaptive).
• Experience with modeling tools such as UML, SysML, Cameo, or Capella.
