What you will do

• Write high-quality technical content after thorough research with subject matter experts.
• Design well-structured, engaging courses for hirify.global software products and solutions for customers, channel partners, and employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, developers, and technical instructors) across time zones.
• Deliver content on schedule with flexible hours to support multiple time zones.
• Review your work and peers’ work to maintain quality.
• Track and report errors to improve process and performance.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills to collaborate with a global team.
• Minimum four years of experience in a writing-focused role.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and produce clear, concise content for global audiences.
• Exceptional editing and proofreading skills with razor-sharp attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industry style rules (Microsoft Style).
• Enthusiasm to learn customer experience and contact-center solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience recording screencasts or similar video content.
• Experience with Articulate (Storyline, Rise) and Adobe InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of instructional design applied to course writing and development.
