What you will do

• Build the Content Design function from scratch within the Customer Service and Experience department.
• Create clear and usable content, including flow descriptions, articles, and instructions, prioritizing logic and scenarios.
• Collaborate with Product and local Support Teams to ensure timely and accurate knowledge updates.
• Gather real-world feedback from support teams to iterate and improve existing content.
• Contribute to the evolution of company-wide content guidelines and standards.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, or Knowledge Management.
• Experience with customer journey mapping (CJM) or analyzing support tickets.
• Strong written communication skills and a portfolio demonstrating attention to detail.
• Ability to iterate content based on research, data, and feedback.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be based in Egypt
