What you will do
- Build the Content Design function from scratch within the Customer Service and Experience department.
- Create clear and usable content, including flow descriptions, articles, and instructions, prioritizing logic and scenarios.
- Collaborate with Product and local Support Teams to ensure timely and accurate knowledge updates.
- Gather real-world feedback from support teams to iterate and improve existing content.
- Contribute to the evolution of company-wide content guidelines and standards.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, or Knowledge Management.
- Experience with customer journey mapping (CJM) or analyzing support tickets.
- Strong written communication skills and a portfolio demonstrating attention to detail.
- Ability to iterate content based on research, data, and feedback.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Must be based in Egypt
