TL;DR

Editor (B2B Technology): Managing and refining research deliverables and technical content for a global B2B technology audience with an accent on quality assurance and publishing workflows. Location: Hybrid in George Town, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia (3+ days in office)

What you will do

  • Copyedit and proofread reports, presentations, and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and adherence to house style.
  • Manage the end-to-end publishing workflow using CMS from editorial queue to final publication.
  • Collaborate with research and data teams to ensure on-time delivery of sector-specific projects.
  • Train analysts and colleagues on writing skills, editorial processes, and CMS usage.
  • Develop and standardize business workflow documentation and process maps.
  • Support the creation and repurposing of research content.

Requirements

  • Top-tier English writing and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and publishing tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to meet strict deadlines.
  • Must be based in or able to work from George Town, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B technology market intelligence or similar sectors.
  • Basic working knowledge of Power BI and Tableau dashboards.
  • Experience writing and editing white papers, blogs, or e-books.
