What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement customized Zendesk solutions, including AI-driven features to optimize support workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations between Zendesk and third-party systems like Salesforce and internal tools.
• Manage configuration of help centers, user profiles, roles, and business rules as a system administrator.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Zendesk configurations, workflows, and integrations.
• Design and run advanced reports and dashboards using Zendesk Explore to analyze performance.
• Provide technical guidance and documentation for Zendesk configurations and best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 5+ years of experience as a Zendesk developer or administrator.
• 3+ years of experience in general technical development or engineering roles.
• 1+ years of experience implementing Zendesk Agent Copilot and Zendesk Advanced AI.
• Strong knowledge of Zendesk architecture, APIs, and CRM integrations like Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zendesk Apps Framework (ZAF) and Zendesk Developer API.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and web services.
