Roaming Manager (EV Charging): Managing the commercial and operational health of roaming partnerships within the EV charging ecosystem with an accent on contract negotiation, data analysis, and process automation. Salary: up to €63,000 gross/year

What you will do
- Own the commercial health of roaming partnerships by tracking performance and identifying issues.
- Analyze logs and dashboards to troubleshoot failed charging sessions or pricing discrepancies.
- Review and negotiate partner agreements in collaboration with the Legal team.
- Manage commercial discussions regarding pricing, margins, and contract terms with partners.
- Build reporting dashboards to translate raw data into actionable business recommendations.
- Automate repetitive manual tasks using AI and internal tooling.
Requirements
- English: C1 proficiency required for regular international communication.
- Strong analytical and data skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Commercial confidence to read, challenge, and negotiate legal agreements.
- Sharp attention to detail for identifying errors in pricing, VAT, or contract terms.
- Ability to work with AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Must be based in or able to work from Berlin for the hybrid office setup.
Nice to have
- Experience in EV charging, roaming, or the broader mobility industry.
- Familiarity with APIs, SQL, or OCPI data.
- Proficiency in a second European language.
