What you will do

• Manage operational 3PL and last-mile partner accounts, enforcing SLAs and handling escalations through MBRs/QBRs.
• Lead and develop a team of Logistics Specialists, taking responsibility for their daily output and performance.
• Analyze care metrics to optimize the post-purchase and delivery experience to increase customer retention.
• Collaborate with Finance to track and tightly control end-to-end supply chain operational costs.
• Partner with global leadership to provide operational insights that shape the Logistics strategic roadmap.
• Own the implementation of new logistics vendors, operating models, and digital tools.

Requirements

• Solid experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or tactical logistics, ideally with perishable goods.
• Proven track record of managing 3PLs and last-mile carriers and rigorously enforcing SLAs.
• Experience directly leading, coaching, and managing the daily output of an operations team.
• Strong analytical skills for deep-diving into operational data to solve supply chain friction.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany (Hybrid work model).

Nice to have

• Experience managing multi-market or pan-European operational logistics networks.
• Practical familiarity with ERP, WMS, TMS, and OMS systems and their integrations.
