What you will do

• Create and maintain talent pools and pipelines for upcoming hiring needs.
• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to define position requirements.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using diverse sourcing techniques.
• Proactively manage and conduct phone interviews.
• Ensure excellent candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.
• Improve sourcing processes and report on performance metrics.

Requirements

• Experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or similar roles.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Strong skills in process organization, time management, and expectation management.
• Proven motivation and interest in recruitment and HR.
• Tech-savvy mindset.
