Salary: €2,100–€3,200 gross per month

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Product Development roles and support other global functions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using professional networks, platforms, and local communities.
  • Promote the employer value proposition through networking, meetups, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to align talent needs with local market insights and benchmarks.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure strategy effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and contribute to global initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for Product Development roles (Software Engineers, Product Managers).
  • Strong direct sourcing skills and proficiency with various sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven approach to supporting hiring strategies.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Riga office.
