What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Product Development roles and support other global functions.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using professional networks, platforms, and local communities.
- Promote the employer value proposition through networking, meetups, and employer branding initiatives.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to align talent needs with local market insights and benchmarks.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure strategy effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and contribute to global initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for Product Development roles (Software Engineers, Product Managers).
- Strong direct sourcing skills and proficiency with various sourcing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach to supporting hiring strategies.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Riga office.
