What you will do
- Design and improve global ESG and sustainability reporting processes, controls, and governance frameworks.
- Prepare and maintain the Group’s carbon inventory in accordance with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol.
- Coordinate the ESG reporting suite, including sustainability disclosures, databooks, and investor materials.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external audits and assurance engagements.
- Partner with finance, legal, and operations teams to implement scalable systems for non-financial data management.
- Monitor emerging ESG regulations and industry best practices relevant to the AI and data centre sectors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in financial reporting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Qualified accountant status (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience working with ESG reporting frameworks and financial/ESG systems.
- Strong project management skills and ability to operate in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building processes from scratch.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
