What you will do

• Establish administrative and accounting structures, including bank account opening and ERP configuration.
• Deploy local HR and operations processes, covering onboarding, payroll management, and labour-law compliance.
• Set up monthly financial reporting to Group level, including cash burn, P&L, and balance sheets.
• Structure procurement processes and implement a local expense reimbursement framework.
• Manage relationships with accountants, lawyers, insurers, and local tax and social security administrations.
• Prepare annual audits and document scalable processes to support team growth.

Requirements

• Senior experience managing a full finance and operations scope autonomously.
• Proven track record in accounting and monthly close for an SME or subsidiary.
• Experience with HRIS deployment and hands-on employee administration.
• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or management (e.g., business school, CCA, DSCG).
• Fluent French and professional English.
• Must be based in Morocco.

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup, scale-up, or international multi-entity context.
• Background as a Finance Manager or CFO Deputy in a subsidiary.
• Previous experience working within an accounting firm.
