What you will do

• Define goals, scope, and delivery roadmaps aligned with program vision.
• Run discovery sessions with stakeholders across marketing, PMO, and operations.
• Document current-state workflows and identify process gaps or inefficiencies.
• Define future-state processes and create workflow diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and KPIs while resolving stakeholder blockers.
• Create user guides, SOPs, and support training sessions to drive platform adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Adobe Workfront.
• Ability to manage project timelines and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
• Experience in creating workflow diagrams, use cases, and process documentation.
• Strong understanding of project intake processes and structure.
• Ability to work onsite in one of the specified locations.
