What you will do

• Install, modify, and maintain the full range of moulding and ancillary equipment.
• Fine-tune equipment to increase output and reduce downtime and waste.
• Handle all breakdowns and carry out injection moulding press overhauls.
• Assist in the validation of new and existing equipment, including acceptance trials and debugging.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and local engineering shops.
• Utilize SAP and other IT systems for reporting and maintenance recording.

Requirements

• National Craft Certificate in maintenance or a similar mechanical skilled craft.
• Minimum of 4 years of maintenance experience, preferably in the medical, automotive, or packaging industries.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and general PC skills.
• Ability to apply a scientific approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Injection Moulding experience.
• A 3rd level qualification and relevant further training courses.
