What you will do

• Assist in the design and development of new products from concept through to launch.
• Create 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using CAD software such as Creo or SolidWorks.
• Support prototype builds, testing, and design validation activities.
• Develop products that meet international standards such as IEC 61439 and UL857.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, sourcing, marketing, and product management teams.
• Contribute to product risk assessments (DFMEA) and design reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience using 3D CAD software such as Creo, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the specified location without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Exposure to sheet metal, plastics, or mechanical assemblies.
• Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) or Design for Assembly (DFA).
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Familiarity with data centre or power distribution technologies.
