What you will do
- Engage with clients to understand complex challenges and deliver tailored AI/ML solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, efficient, and robust end-to-end ML/AI systems.
- Develop AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI approaches.
- Manage the ML/AI development lifecycle, including planning, pipeline management, and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance to engineering team members and promote ML engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with the AI Practice Lead on the company's AI strategy.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer or Data Scientist.
- Extensive experience in AI/ML development, particularly NLP and machine learning.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI solutions.
- Advanced Python knowledge for machine learning and data science.
- Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
- Proficiency with cloud services for ML/AI, including Azure, OpenAI, Hugging Face, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English for working with UK- and US-based clients.
Nice to have
- Azure AI Engineer Associate certification or equivalent credentials.
- AWS Professional Certifications.
- Experience with TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with C#, Java, or Node.
- Knowledge of MLOps and the ML application development lifecycle.
- Software engineering background, agile team leadership, or leadership experience.

Hiring process
- Recruiter screen of approximately 60 minutes.
- Technical interview with the AI Practice Lead and a second technical interview with software consultants, approximately 60 minutes each.
