What you will do

• Troubleshoot and resolve transactional and invoicing issues to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Monitor billing KPIs and system health to proactively flag anomalies and emerging issue patterns.
• Use SQL and data analysis to build business cases that drive operational and product decisions.
• Design situational playbooks and document best practices for billing workflows.
• Build internal automation and tools using AI-assisted coding and no-code platforms.
• Coordinate between local markets, HQ, and cross-functional teams to align billing procedures.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in billing operations, fintech, or payments.
• Proficiency in SQL and data tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of online payment flows and invoicing systems.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tallinn or Tartu, Estonia.

Nice to have

• Experience in fraud detection or multi-market tax/VAT compliance.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding or automation tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Zapier, n8n).
