What you will do

• Develop, train, and optimize AI and machine learning models for various business applications.
• Design and implement statistical models and data-driven solutions to improve decision-making and processes.
• Build and maintain infrastructure for AI workloads, including model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Process and analyze large datasets by collecting, cleaning, and transforming data for actionable insights.
• Create advanced AI solutions such as computer vision, speech recognition, transformer-based models, and neural networks.
• Collaborate with Development and IT teams to ensure AI systems are scalable and production-ready.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills, preferably in Python, with experience in AI/ML development.
• Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning algorithms, and data science concepts.
• Proficiency with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, or similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience in training, fine-tuning, and evaluating models.
• Experience handling large datasets and building reproducible ML pipelines.
• Confidence in communicating in English and/or German.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM architectures, embeddings, and transformer models.
• Knowledge of model deployment, containerization, infrastructure management, and MLOps principles.
• Ability to independently drive full AI projects from concept to production.
• Basic knowledge of full-stack web technologies and infrastructure.
